Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with a patriotic community gathering in Brownwood! The USA 250 4th of July Parade & Picnic begins with parade participants assembling at 10:00 AM across from the Lehnis Railroad Museum. At 11:00 AM, the parade will step off and make its way through town as the community comes together to honor the nation’s rich history and enduring spirit.

Patriotic Celebration & Community Spirit

Following the parade, the festivities continue at Riverside Park beginning at 12:00 PM. Attendees are invited to enjoy a citywide Bring Your Own Lunch picnic while gathering with friends, neighbors, and visitors for an afternoon of fellowship. The celebration will feature inspiring guest speakers, a patriotic sing-along, and opportunities to reflect on the values and traditions that have shaped America over the past 250 years. The event is hosted by the Brown County Republicans.

️ Admission & Event Information

Participation in the parade and attendance at the picnic celebration are open to the public. Parade participants should arrive by 10:00 AM to line up across from the Lehnis Railroad Museum before the 11:00 AM start time. Guests attending the picnic are encouraged to bring their own lunch, lawn chairs, and patriotic spirit for an enjoyable afternoon at Riverside Park.
