Red, White & You: A Celebration of America’s 250th

The Academy of Freedom Museum invites the community to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary during Red, White & You on Saturday, July 4, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This family-friendly celebration offers a patriotic morning filled with hands-on activities, festive fun, and opportunities to honor the nation’s history. Guests of all ages are encouraged to join in the celebration and experience a memorable Independence Day event in Brownwood.

Patriotic Fun & Family-Friendly Activities

Visitors can enjoy a variety of interactive activities throughout the morning, including face painting, patriotic crafts, a scavenger hunt, prizes, and special photo opportunities inside the museum’s replica Independence Hall. Hosted by the Academy of Freedom Museum, this event provides a fun and educational way for families to celebrate America’s heritage while creating lasting holiday memories together.
