Jay has shared many memorable nights with the Brownwood community, and guests are invited to help send him off with a night full of great music, fellowship, and appreciation.

Known for his powerful voice and captivating guitar performances, Jay Sims has been turning heads since his 2009 Texas Music Awards Male Vocalist nomination. Guests can enjoy a mix of classic light rock favorites and original songs in the welcoming and relaxing atmosphere of Grassroots Lounge.

The lounge features a full menu including Rod’s hand-pressed toasted sandwiches on organic bread, soup of the day, and Tiffany’s scratch-made desserts. Guests can also enjoy creative cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, non-alcoholic options, and Dublin sodas while taking in the show.

Grassroots Lounge is located at 1906 Hwy 377 S in Brownwood, right next to Dollar General. Guests may park anywhere around the building.

This event features free live music with no cover charge. Doors open at 3:00 PM for supper and drinks, and music begins at 7:00 PM.
