Brownwood’s holiday season will continue with the annual Christmas Under the Stars Festival on Saturday, December 5. This beloved community celebration brings families and visitors together for a festive day filled with Christmas cheer, family-friendly activities and holiday fun at the Depot Civic and Cultural Center and Lehnis Railroad Museum.

Christmas Under the Stars has become one of Brownwood’s signature holiday traditions, offering something for visitors of all ages. Past celebrations have featured visits with Santa, children’s crafts and games, bounce houses, Big Wheel races, live music, holiday treats, hot chocolate and other seasonal activities. The festival creates a welcoming atmosphere where families can make Christmas memories while enjoying the historic Depot area and Lehnis Railroad Museum.

Christmas Under the Stars Festival will take place Saturday, December 5, 2026, at the Depot Civic and Cultural Center and Lehnis Railroad Museum in Brownwood.
