Step back in time and treat yourself to the sweet tunes of Prohibition-era jazz! The Gatsby Gang Jazz Band is a prohibition style group specializing in music from the roaring '20s, and they will be performing at the Brownwood depot.
The 2022 Stars of Texas exhibit is a juried fine arts exhibit which is open to Texas residents 18 and older. Over $6,000 in awards will be presented.
The Stars of Texas will again host the Paint-Off Competition on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at the Depot Civic and Cultural Center. Two cash prizes of $500 and $250 will be awarded to the winners.
Each February, the Brownwood Civic and Cultural Center hosts the annual Stars of Texas Juried Art Exhibit. This juried exhibit runs for two weeks and admission is free.
