If you have lived in Brownwood long, one of the first places that probably came to mind when thinking about Valentine’s Day was The Turtle Restaurant. Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday this year so many restaurants are having special dinners on Saturday night, but the Turtle is old school in the best ways, and they will have a five-course Valentine’s Day Dinner menu featuring Salmon Terrine, Pear & Apple Salad, Balked Penne with Eggplant & Cheese, Beef Wellington, or Duck Breast, or Pork Loin Porchetta from 5-9pm on Sunday night.
