Cecil Holman Park

Lots of community effort has gone into this newly renovated and landscaped park, located near Hwy 67/84 and Austin Avenue. Located here is a jogging path, baseball/softball field , pavilion area, basketball courts, sand volleyball pit, lighted tennis courts, large new playground area, picnic tables, BBQ grills, park benches, restroom facilities, and parking area, and Wiggins pool is nearby. The Bennie Houston Community Center is also part of the park and is open 1:00 pm to 9:00pm Monday through Friday. The Community Center is also available to rent. The Center includes an indoor Basketball/Volleyball Gym, kitchen, tables, chairs, meeting rooms, and restroom facilities. For reservations, call 325-646-0620.
