☠️ Treasure Hunting Adventures with the Central Texas Treasure Hunters Club
X marks the spot for an exciting morning of discovery and adventure! The Brownwood Library is welcoming the Central Texas Treasure Hunters Club for a hands-on program that introduces children to the fascinating world of treasure hunting. Participants will learn how metal detectors work, discover what kinds of treasures can be found beneath the ground, and explore the rich history that may be hidden right here in Texas.
Hidden History & Exciting Exploration
Held at the Adams Street Community Center, this interactive program gives young explorers a chance to see real metal detecting equipment in action while learning from experienced treasure hunters. Through demonstrations and stories of historical finds, children will discover how everyday objects can reveal clues about the past. The program encourages curiosity, exploration, and an appreciation for local history in a fun and engaging environment.
