The Brownwood Harvey House es uno de los establecimientos ferroviarios de Fred Harvey que sobrevivieron de aquellos que alguna vez atendieron a los viajeros de la línea Santa Fe, hoy preservado como una ventana a la época dorada de los viajes en tren en el centro de Texas. Los visitantes quedarán impresionados de inmediato con su arquitectura neocolonial española: el techo de teja roja y los muros de estuco reflejan el estilo característico que Harvey llevó a los comedores de las estaciones de todo el Suroeste.
