NaNook and Nakoda’s Big Paw Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue organization established in 2018. Operating in central Texas, they are the only 501(c)3 animal rescue organization in Brown county. Their priority is rescuing large/giant breed dogs. Their mission is to help save, rehabilitate, adopt, or provide sanctuary for the abandoned, abused and neglected large/giant breed dogs as well as find, test, and assist training service dogs for veterans.
