Park with over 22 acres, located 2 miles from Brownwood on FM 2125 toward Lake Brownwood Dam.
3 overnight camping sites, each with fire ring grill and 14ft. picnic table. Must have a permit to stay overnight. Visit the Adams St Community Center at 511 E. Adams Street for permit. Fishing and boat ramp available from 8am till dusk.

This is a peaceful stretch of the Pecan Bayou, a slow moving body of water that can be paddled in either direction. The Pecan Bayou is an overflow from Lake Brownwood and is controlled by dams and rain fall. As such, the Pecan Bayou is readily influenced by rainfall runoff that may create temporary high flows and undesirable water quality conditions.Previous
